  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 4 cups cooked pasta 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 tbs powdered milk
  • 3 tbs cheddar cheese powder
  • 2 tbs powdered butter
  • 1/2 tbs cornstarch
  • 2 tsp chicken boullion powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c dried broccoli
  • 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Empty the entire contents of the jar into a large saucepan with 2 ½ cups of water
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a medium-low simmer. Mixing well as it heats to break up any clumps
  3. Simmer for 9–12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the noodles are tender and the broccoli is fully rehydrated.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand 2–3 minutes so the cornstarch finishes thickening the sauce. If the sauce is thicker than you’d like, stir in water 1–2 Tbsp at a time.
